Many Michelin-starred restaurants serve flavored butters with fresh bread before the meal. That inspired me to create my own versions—elegantly presented, incredibly tasty, and freezer-friendly!
These butters are delicious on a charcuterie board, as an appetizer, or for BBQ nights. Guaranteed success!

What You’ll Need
❗️ Special equipment? Nope! I use a silicone praline mold and an ice cube tray, but any shape will work. Silicone is best to easily pop out the butter.
Alternatively, you can roll the butter into logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and slice as needed.
How to Make Butter Pralines (25 pieces, 5 flavors)
🕒 40 minutes work
Ingredients:
500g real unsalted butter (ALWAYS use real butter!)
Flavorings of your choice (+ always add salt!)
Instructions:
✨ Let the butter come to room temperature.✨ Mix in the flavorings.✨ Fill the molds and smooth the top.✨ Freeze for 1 hour until firm.✨ Remove from the mold and store in an airtight container in the freezer.❗ Tip: Always keep butter airtight in the freezer, as it absorbs flavors easily.✨ To serve: Take out the needed pralines and let them sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
