About me
It all started in 2015 on Instagram, when I started sharing pictures of what I made on a daily basis. The interest in cooking started to grow.
In 2016 I started a chef's training in evening school, next to my fulltime job. In 2020, during corona, I graduated. The focus there was on classic Belgian and French cuisine. But my heart has always been in Asia. Especially Korean, Japanese and Thai cuisine interest me enormously.
The most fun for me is being creative with interesting ingredients and making experimental dishes. I get inspiration from magazines, tv, and other content creators on the internet.
For several years I was a manager in a hotel and breakfast restaurant in the heart of Leuven, where I gained real hospitality experience.
What I will do with my passion for cooking later on remains to be seen...
